Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities include resolving incidents and service requests performing rootcause analysis implementing approved changes conducting health checks maintaining availability and performance and ensuring compliance with security and operational standards
- The candidate will create and maintain technical documentation standard operating procedures runbooks knowledge articles reports and operational dashboards
- The role requires collaboration with infrastructure application security servicemanagement and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver reliable services
