- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payday loan payments.
- Follow up with customers for pending EMIs and outstanding loan amounts.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Negotiate payment commitments and maintain PTP (Promise to Pay) records.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related disputes professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records, collection updates, and MIS reports.
- Follow company policies, customer communication standards, and applicable RBI guidelines.
- Required SkillsExperience in NBFC, Fintech, Payday Loan Collections, or Loan Recovery preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and meet collection targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with collection dialers or LMS.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven approach.
