Job Summary: We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to maintain robust relationships with existing clients, develop new business opportunities, coordinate HVAC project requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements for HVAC systems, including AC installation, ducting, maintenance, and service.
- Coordinate with project engineers, service teams, sales teams, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and project approvals.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Handle client complaints, service requests, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, breakdown service, and after-sales support.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through client references and networking.
- Follow up on pending payments, outstanding invoices, and commercial matters in coordination with the accounts team.
- Maintain client databases, meeting records, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.




- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments.
- Work towards client retention, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Any degree; a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.
- Experience: 2–5 years in client relationship management, sales coordination, or customer handling; HVAC industry experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, AC installation, ducting, and maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project-site visits when required.
