- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and follow up with interested leads.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and generate leads.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
