Roles And Responsibilities:

· Focus on continuously enhancing patients’ experience through interaction & handle patient grievances

· Manage relationships with doctors & paramedical staff to provide seamless service delivery.

· Ensure service in proactive & responsive manner in person/telephone/electronic media.

· Overall responsible for staff grievances & roster.

· Ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards.

· Marketing for patient addition

· Data Management for patients and working on Ayushman Portal

Skills Required:

· Hard working and team worker.

· Positive communication skills , Interpersonal Skills, Soft Spoken

· Willing to relocate.
