Job Summary

Computronics Multivision Pvt. Ltd. (CMPL) is hiring a GeM Tender & Sales Executive. In this role, you will handle end-to-end GeM bidding, drive revenue for our CMPL brand and authorized IT products, manage client relationships, and oversee post-order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- GeM Tenders & Bids: Daily tracking, BOQ analysis, technical/commercial bid preparation, documentation (MAF, compliance), and timely submission on the GeM portal.
- Revenue Target: Drive ₹6.5 Cr annual business across India for our brand CMPL Desktops and authorized IT products (Laptops, AIOs, Servers, Workstations, UPS, Printers, Monitors).
- Lead Generation & Relations: Tap into our 400+ client base,



your professional network, and onboard new buyers.
- Order & Client Management: Handle post-order coordination, buyer communication, and clarify scope strictly as per Purchase Order (PO) terms.

Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience in GeM portal bidding and IT hardware procurement.
- Strong product knowledge (Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Peripherals) and tender commercials (EMD, PBG, BOQ).
- Confident communication and negotiation skills.
