Job Description: Sr. Biomedical Engineer (Technical & GEM) – Medical Devices

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Biomedical Engineer with a knowledge of medical devices and services, including hands-on experience in tender documentation and the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) process. The role involves preparing technical specification for tenders, coordination with other team members to bid products as per technical specification, coordination with field Service Engineer for demonstration & installation, providing support to field Engineer on application issue.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Draft and finalize technical specifications, compliance sheets, and supporting documents for tenders.

• Coordinate with sales, service, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate bid submissions.

• Support Field Service Engineers in product demonstrations,



installations, and commissioning.

• Provide application and technical support to field engineers and customers as required.

• Maintain proper records of tenders, bids, and GeM orders for future reference and audits.

Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or B.Tech Electronic / Diploma.

• Robust knowledge of medical devices and healthcare services.

• Ability to prepare technical documents and compliance statements.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Basic understanding of installation, demonstration, and application support.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
