Purchase Executive – Job DescriptionDesignation: Purchase Executive
Department: Purchase
Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase raw materials, components, consumables and other required materials.
- Identify and develop current vendors as per company requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Monitor material availability and ensure timely procurement.
- Conduct vendor follow-up regarding quality, price and delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs and vendor data.
- Handle vendor communication and resolve purchase-related issues.
