Position: IT-MIS Executive

Department: Information Technology & Management Information Systems (IT-MIS)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Location: Head Office, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh

We aim to improve operational efficiency through effective reporting, data management, and technology-driven processes.

2. Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible IT-MIS Executive to manage company data, prepare daily and monthly reports, maintain Excel sheets, monitor branch performance, and provide timely MIS reports to management. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle data accurately.

- 3. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate data from all company branches.
- Maintain employee, sales, sourcing, disbursement, and performance reports.
- Prepare Excel sheets, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
- Monitor branch-wise and employee-wise targets and achievements.
- Ensure data accuracy, proper record maintenance, and timely report submission.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and other departments for data collection and clarification.
- Maintain digital records, databases, and company reporting files.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting errors promptly.
- Provide basic IT support related to office systems, software, printers, and data management.




- Maintain the confidentiality and security of company information.
- Perform other IT-MIS-related tasks assigned by management.
- 4. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant skills and experience may also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, PivotTables, and data analysis is preferred.
- Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare reports within deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in MIS, data management, finance, NBFC, or sales operations will be an advantage.
- 5. Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000, depending on skills and experience.
