Salary Hike: After 6 months and 1 year

- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through live chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers.
- Record customer interactions and follow up on unresolved queries.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets.
- Required SkillsGood written English communication.




- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
- EligibilityGraduates can apply.
