Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, banking, and financial record management. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Prime or other accounting software.
- Prepare and record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
- Generate invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain cash book, petty cash, and expense records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and customers.




- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain receivable records.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management reports.
- Verify vendor bills and process payments.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and banking procedures.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
