Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Telesales Executives for an insurance process. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or telesales.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain insurance products, policy benefits, premiums, and coverage.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain call records in CRM.




- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales or telesales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, plus Kannada or Marathi.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection are mandatory for WFH.

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month based on experience + Incentives
