We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives to join our growing travel and tourism company. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining safari bookings and tour packages, following up with potential customers, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Explain wildlife safari bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages.
- Convert customer inquiries into successful bookings.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service.





Candidate Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Previous telesales or travel industry experience is an advantage.
