Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook/Chef to prepare delicious meals according to menu. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times.

- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook dishes as per recipes, quality standards, and customer preferences
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before cooking
- Assist in menu planning and dish development (if applicable)
- Monitor food stock and communicate shortages to the manager
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Control portion sizes and minimize waste
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly
