Project Manager — Layout Development (Skytop Golf Village)

Skytop Golf Village is developing a premium, golf-facing plotted layout across 31 acres — a high-specification gated community with landscaped avenues, water features, underground utilities and full amenities. We are looking for a Project Manager to take single-point ownership of delivering this layout on the ground — translating architects’ and consultants’ drawings into built, registration-ready, serviced plots.

This is a hands-on site-delivery and coordination role, not a design role. You won’t design structures — you will read and execute layout, civil and services drawings to specification, run the contractors and labour, and lead a team of 4–5 engineers across all site functions. You are the one person who holds the programme, the quality and the site together.

What you’ll own:

- Single point of contact for the project on site — the person the management, architects, consultants and contractors all go through.
- Drawing-to-ground execution: read and interpret architect/civil drawings (layout, roads, levels, drainage, water lines, electrical/UG utilities, landscaping) and ensure the site is built exactly to them.
- Lead 4–5 engineers across civil, surveying,



utilities and quality — assign work, review progress, hold standards.
- Manage contractors and labour — hold them to specification, programme and budget; approve measurements and progress; keep the site disciplined and safe.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and authorities — raise and close drawing queries, incorporate revisions, support approvals.
- Run the site as a documented operation — daily progress, material and labour tracking, quality checks and records — not on memory.
- Drive the programme — sequence works, remove bottlenecks, and deliver serviced, handover-ready plots on schedule.

What you bring:

- Proven experience delivering plotted / villa-plot or layout-infrastructure projects at scale — ideally premium/gated.
- Solid technical command of civil-layout drawings — levels, roads, drainage, underground utilities, landscaping (structural design is not required).
- A track record of running contractors and labour to specification and programme, and of leading a site engineering team.
- Discipline in documentation, measurement and quality control.
- Someone who wants to own one flagship project end to end.
