Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecallers to join our Life Insurance Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining life insurance products, generating interest, and converting leads into successful policy sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain life insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate leads and convert prospective customers into policyholders.
- Explain policy benefits, features, premiums, and coverage clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
- Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build solid customer relationships through professional communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth policy processing.




- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-based environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, or insurance will be an advantage.
