- Handle inbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and website leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up regularly and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate site surveys, installations and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain lead records and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements: Good Hindi and English communication, solid follow-up and negotiation skills, and basic Excel/CRM knowledge. Experience in inbound sales or telesales preferred.
