Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and work on residential and commercial interior design projects, from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space-planning solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed interior design plans.
- Create 3D models and realistic renders as per project requirements.
- Select materials, finishes, colours, furniture, and lighting.
- Coordinate with architects, site supervisors, vendors, and execution teams.
- Visit project sites to monitor execution and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into design proposals.
- Ensure design quality, functionality,



and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design/rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, D5 Render, or Coohom.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and execution details.
- Good creativity, space-planning, and visualization skills.
- Robust communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the design and site execution teams.
