We are looking for a Sales Executive (Telecalling) who can handle outbound calling to potential customers. This is a sales-based role, but with no pressure or hard targets. Your job will be to inform, follow up, and convert leads in a calm and structured setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using a given database
- Explain our products/services clearly to interested customers
- Follow up on leads and maintain a record of calls and customer responses
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Support the sales team in day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi is a must; English is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling
- Confidence and patience in speaking with customers
- Basic computer knowledge
