Marketing Executive – Field Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Marketing Executive – Field Marketing. The candidate will promote the company's branding, advertising, and digital marketing services, meet potential clients, generate leads, and develop business relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Visit potential clients and businesses to promote company services.

2. Explain branding, advertising, and digital marketing services to clients.

3. Identify new customers and generate business leads.

4. Arrange and attend client meetings and presentations.

5. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing solutions.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

7. Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

9. Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and quotations.

10. Maintain daily reports of field visits, meetings, leads, and follow-ups.

11. Support promotional campaigns and brand awareness activities.

12. Work towards achieving marketing and business development targets.

Experience Required





Freshers:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

- Candidates should be comfortable meeting clients and travelling for fieldwork.

Experienced Candidates:

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or client handling is preferred.

- Experience in branding, advertising, or digital marketing is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in meeting new clients.

- Presentation and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of marketing, branding, and advertising.

- Basic MS Office and Excel knowledge.

- Time management and organizational skills.

- Willingness to travel for client visits.

Key Responsibilities and Performance

- Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.

- Build strong client relationships.

- Complete client visits and follow-ups on time.

- Maintain accurate daily activity reports.

- Contribute to brand awareness and business growth.
