The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customers' property requirements, explaining available projects, scheduling property visits, and accompanying clients to project sites to generate sales and close deals.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, an interest in real estate sales, and the ability to build relationships with prospective buyers.
