- Supervise daily production activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Monitor workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding production status and operational issues.
- Ensure proper material handling and stock movement within the factory.
- Maintain discipline, safety and housekeeping on the factory floor.
- Report machine breakdowns, material shortages and production issues to management.
- Ensure workers follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in implementing quality control measures and process improvements.
