Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Create innovative and functional interior designs for residential and commercial projects.
2. Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs, elevations, and working drawings.
3. Develop designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, living rooms, and office interiors.
4. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
5. Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assess project requirements.
6. Prepare mood boards, material selections, colour combinations, and design presentations.
7. Coordinate with clients, carpenters, vendors, and site supervisors.
8. Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
9. Ensure designs are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
10. Supervise site execution and ensure work matches approved drawings.
11. Suggest suitable furniture, lighting, flooring, wallpapers, and furnishing materials.

Make design modifications based on customer feedback.
13. Maintain proper project documentation and design records.
14. Coordinate with the sales team for customer presentations and design approvals.
15. Ensure quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project.
16. Skills RequiredProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
17. Solid knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and modular designs.
18. Ability to prepare 2D drawings and realistic 3D renders.
19. Good communication and client-handling skills.
20. Knowledge of site measurements and execution processes.
21. Strong creativity, space planning, and problem-solving skills.
22. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
