- Perform battery swapping for electric two-wheelers as per company SOP.
- Remove discharged batteries and replace them with fully charged batteries safely.
- Check battery condition and ensure proper placement/connection.
- Manage battery charging and maintain charging records.
- Maintain daily records of battery swaps, charging status and inventory.
- Assist EV riders/customers with battery-swapping-related queries.
- Ensure the swapping station is clean, organized and protected.
- Report damaged, faulty or abnormal batteries to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and use PPE wherever required.
- Support basic station operations and other assigned duties.
