About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Property Advisor with strong Tamil communication skills and a genuine interest in sales.

As a Property Advisor, you will connect with customers who have already used Landeed to search for property information. Your role is to understand their requirements, identify gaps in their existing documentation or verification, and recommend relevant Landeed services that can help them make better-informed property decisions.

This is a consultative upselling role where your ability to understand customer needs, communicate value, handle objections, and convert conversations into sales will be essential.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working towards sales targets and can balance business growth with honest, customer-focused recommendations.

- What You'll DoConnect with customers who have recently searched for property information on Landeed and understand their requirements.
- Communicate with customers primarily in Tamil, using English or other regional languages when required.
- Understand customers' property-related needs, concerns, and intended transactions.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional property search, document retrieval,



and verification services relevant to each customer's requirements.
- Explain the advantages of services such as Encumbrance Certificates (EC), Patta/Chitta, A-Register, FMB sketches, TSLR records, Village Maps, Guideline Value information, and other applicable Tamil Nadu property records.
- Help customers understand what additional information or verification may be useful before proceeding with a property transaction.
- Handle objections, answer questions, follow up with interested customers, and improve conversion rates.
- Work towards monthly sales and upselling targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, follow-ups, and sales outcomes in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover and appropriate delivery of services promised to customers.
- Share recurring customer questions, concerns, and feedback with the team to help improve Landeed's products and services.
- What We're Looking For Tamil proficiency is essential, with strong spoken communication skills.
- Good command of English or Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Confidence in sales conversations, upselling, follow-ups, and objection handling.
- A target-oriented mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- The ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions without unnecessary selling.
- Good listening skills, sound judgement, and the ability to build trust with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or customer management systems.




- A willingness to learn about property documentation, land records, and verification processes specific to Tamil Nadu.

Experience & EducationExperience: Candidates with experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, business development, customer advisory, or consultative selling are preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales may also apply.

Education: Graduates from any discipline.
