Toki Enterprises is a global distribution & trading organization involved in buying and selling of Automobile Components. Toki is a leading supplier to large wiring harness making companies.
A candidate needs to perform the activities below on a daily basis:
1. Maintain quotation requests in the excel sheet.
2. Send email to the suppliers for quotations and record the responses in the excel sheet.
3. Negotiate with the suppliers for best prices.
4. Create Purchase Orders and Sales Orders in the Busy Software.
5. Once shipment is ready for pickup, negotiate with transporters & forwarders for best freight cost.
6. Book shipments and follow up with transporters
7. Engage with Forwarders & CHAs for import documentation and shipment clearance at customs.
8. Maintain MIS for orders and ensure timely material pickup from the suppliers.
9. Regular reporting to the Management.
