E-icery, a premium artisanal gelato and dessert brand, is looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our kitchen and operations team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Operations: Assist in daily food preparation, cooking and dessert production.
- Cooking: Learn to prepare gelato, churros, waffles and other menu items after training.
- Order Management: Pack, prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Events & Pop-ups: Represent E-icery at exhibitions, markets, private events and food stalls.
- Sales & Customer Service: Serve customers, explain products, handle orders, collect payments and actively promote sales at events.
- Cleaning & Hygiene: Wash utensils, dishes and equipment, and maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen.
- Stock Management: Help with inventory, receiving supplies and organising ingredients and packaging materials.
- RequirementsPrevious experience in a kitchen,



café, bakery or food outlet is preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and handling sales.
- Ready to work at events and pop-ups, including occasional weekends.
- Must be punctual, honest, hardworking and a team player.
- Willing to handle all tasks, including kitchen cleaning and washing utensils.
