Praja is a Telugu-first hyperlocal civic and political networking platform, built for Bharat: the villages, mandals and districts where most of India actually lives. We are growing rapid across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu Karnataka and Kerala, and our tele-calling teams are at the centre of that growth.

The Role

You will own bulk hiring of tele-callers for your location, from sourcing to joining. This role is about speed and volume. Every requirement must be turned around within 24 hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Run bulk hiring for tele-caller roles from start to finish: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and joining
- Source through job portals (Naukri, apna, WorkIndia, Indeed), referrals, colleges, local networks and walk-in drives
- Knowledge about social media hiring campaigns, including Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) with lead forms, location targeting.
- Call candidates, screen them on the phone for communication, language fluency and role fit, and shortlist them
- Turn around every requirement in 24 hours, from shortlisting to interview scheduling to candidate feedback
- Organise and run walk-in and campus drives.
- Follow up with offered candidates until they join, and cut down offer drop-outs




- Maintain a daily hiring tracker and MIS in Excel or Google Sheets: calls made, shortlisted, interviewed, offered, joined
- Build a ready pipeline of tele-caller candidates at all times

Mandatory Requirements

- Bulk hiring: Proven hands-on experience in bulk or volume hiring, preferably for tele-calling, BPO, telesales or customer-support roles
- Calling and shortlisting: Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day and shortlisting quickly and accurately
- Social media campaigns: Working knowledge of Meta Ads and social media hiring campaigns and Job Portals.
- 24-hour turnaround: Able to close every requirement within 24 hours
- Language:

Fluent Kannada and strong English communication

- Job portals: Hands-on with Naukri, apna, WorkIndia and Indeed, including sourcing, posting and database search
- Reporting: Good with Excel or Google Sheets for daily trackers and MIS
- Work mode: Willing to work from office 6 days a week
- Availability: Immediate joiners
- Education: Any graduate. An MBA or PGDM in HR is a plus.
