About the RoleSykia Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and financially skilled Finance & Accounts Manager who can manage the company's accounting operations, financial planning, cash flow, profitability analysis, and management reporting.

The ideal candidate must be capable of developing a transparent, well-organised, and investor-ready financial reporting system to help management and prospective investors evaluate the company's financial performance and investment potential.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial Management

- Manage daily accounting transactions, sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, cash books, bank books, and financial records.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and monthly financial closing.
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

2. Financial Planning & Cash Flow Management

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements.
- Develop 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor working capital, liquidity, liabilities, and upcoming payment obligations.
- Plan and control operational expenses, salaries, vendor payments, and other financial commitments.

3. Investor Reporting & Financial Analysis

- Prepare professional financial reports and presentations for prospective investors.
- Develop monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Prepare fund utilisation reports showing how invested capital is allocated and utilised.
- Develop financial projections, budgets, and forecast-versus-actual reports.
- Analyse revenue growth, profitability, financial risks, and funding requirements.
- Maintain supporting documentation for investor due diligence and financial verification.

4. Profitability & Business Performance Analysis





- Analyse product-wise purchase costs, selling prices, gross margins, and profitability.
- Prepare sales, revenue, and profitability reports by product, HQ, and business segment.
- Identify loss-making products, unnecessary expenses, and opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Conduct break-even analysis and working capital assessments.

5. Receivables & Payables Management

- Monitor distributor, retailer, hospital, and other customer outstanding balances.
- Prepare party-wise outstanding ageing reports and collection forecasts.
- Maintain supplier and vendor payment schedules.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to improve collection efficiency and manage overdue payments.

6. Investment Tracking & ROI Analysis

- Track promotional expenses, market development investments, and other approved business investments.
- Prepare investment-wise expenditure and fund utilisation statements.
- Analyse investment costs, attributable revenue, collections, and returns.
- Prepare ROI reports and payback period analysis for management review.
- Verify investment-related data with supporting documents and accounting records.

7. GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance

- Maintain GST records, purchase and sales reconciliations, and applicable tax documentation.
- Coordinate GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance with the company's CA or tax consultant.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial records for statutory audits and year-end closing.

8. Inventory & Pharmaceutical Product Accounting

- Monitor inventory valuation, purchase costs, stock movement, returns, and expiry-related losses.
- Reconcile stock records with the Operations and Sales teams.




- Prepare product-wise stock valuation and slow-moving inventory reports.
- Analyse inventory costs and their impact on working capital.

9. Management MIS & Financial Dashboard

- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly financial MIS reports.
- Present key financial information to the Director and Management.
- Monitor budget versus actual expenses, cash flow, outstanding balances, and financial performance.
- Establish standard reporting formats and internal financial controls.
- Required Skills & QualificationsB.Com, M.Com, or a relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting.
- Preferred experience of 3–5 years in Finance & Accounts, financial analysis, or management reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, and accounting software.
- Practical experience in preparing Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, working capital management, and ROI analysis.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to prepare investor presentations, financial projections, and fund utilisation reports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, trading, healthcare supply, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
