### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Base Kitchen Chef to manage centralized food preparation and production for 9 outlets. The candidate will be responsible for preparing sauces, frozen food items, and appetizers while ensuring consistent quality, taste, hygiene, and adherence to company SOPs. The role also includes overseeing outlet staff training and ensuring proper implementation of recipes and preparation standards.

### Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage a variety of sauces, frozen food items, and appetizers for 9 outlets.

- Ensure consistent taste, portion size, quality, and presentation across all outlets.

- Maintain standardized recipes, production schedules, and batch preparation records.

- Ensure proper food storage, labeling, freezing, and inventory control.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

- Monitor raw material usage and minimize food wastage.

- Train outlet kitchen staff on recipes,



preparation techniques, and company SOPs.

- Visit outlets when required to monitor food quality and SOP implementation.

- Conduct regular quality checks and resolve kitchen-related operational issues.

- Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure timely supply and smooth kitchen operations.

### Required Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in a central kitchen, base kitchen, or bulk food production.

- Strong knowledge of sauces, frozen food products, and appetizers.

- Experience in recipe standardization, batch production, and food safety.

- Ability to train and supervise kitchen teams across multiple outlets.

- Good leadership, planning, and inventory management skills.
