Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Verification Manager to manage field verification activities across Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Rajasthan's geography, local markets, and regional areas, along with prior experience in field operations, collections, or verification activities. Candidates with experience in Banks and NBFCs, particularly Collection Managers, will be preferred.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor field verification activities across Rajasthan.
- Conduct and supervise field visits for customer, address, residence, business, and other verification requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of verification assignments as per company policies.
- Manage field executives and coordinate daily field activities.
- Plan field visits and allocate assignments based on geographical locations and business requirements.
- Verify customer information and submit accurate field reports with supporting evidence.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and business partners to resolve verification-related issues.




- Monitor team productivity, turnaround time, and quality of field reports.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Rajasthan's geography, including cities, towns, districts, and rural areas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and professional conduct standards.
- Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in field operations, field verification, collections, or related activities.
- Strong knowledge of Rajasthan's geography and local areas.
- Prior experience in a Bank or NBFC is highly preferred.
- Experience as a Collection Manager or in a field collections role will be an added advantage.
- Good team management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Rajasthan as per business requirements.
