We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive at NextapSolutions Private Limited to sell our Digital Business Profiles, Product Catalogues and WhatsApp Store solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Understand business owners’ requirements and explain suitable products and plans.

• Share product demos, pricing and details using a laptop.

• Follow up with interested customers, answer questions and close sales.

• Maintain accurate lead records and daily sales updates.

• Coordinate with the service team after a sale.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, telesales or inside sales.

• Comfortable using a laptop, WhatsApp Web, email, Google Sheets or Excel, and online forms.

• Positive Hindi communication skills and basic English reading and typing ability.

• Ability to explain products clearly, handle objections and ask for the sale.

• Organised approach to customer follow-ups and sales targets.

Experience selling digital products, websites or software is a plus.
