We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for the Mortgage Process. Candidates with excellent English communication skills and a willingness to work night shifts are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers can apply.
- C1-level English communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts.
- Willingness to work from the Airoli, Navi Mumbai office.

Salary & Perks

- Monthly Salary: ₹22,000
- Performance-Based Incentive (PBI): ₹2,750
- Travel Allowance:
- One-way: ₹1,750 per month
- Two-way: ₹3,500 per month





Roles & Responsibilities

- Support mortgage-related process activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information, where applicable.
- Review and process relevant documents and customer information.
- Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
- Interview ProcessShortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview schedule and selection process.
- English communication skills will be assessed during screening.
