Designation – Relationship Manager - Relationship Manager – Bancassurance Key Responsibilities

• Generate insurance sales through assigned bank branches

• Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance products

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Conduct customer meetings and field visits for lead generation

• Ensure smooth policy issuance and after-sales support

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred

• Experience in Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales / Direct Sales

• Positive communication and relationship management skills

• Comfortable with field sales and branch visits
