1. Inspect aerospace components as per engineering drawings and customer requirements.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.;
3. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components.
4. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and CMM.
5. Verify component dimensions and ensure compliance with quality standards.
6. Identify, record, and report non-conforming components.
7. Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
8. Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
9. Follow customer specifications, work instructions, and applicable quality procedures.
10. Ensure proper identification, traceability, and handling of inspected components.

Support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
12. Maintain 5S, workplace safety, and quality standards.

- Required SkillsKnowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.
- Understanding of dimensional inspection and tolerance requirements.
- Basic knowledge of aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
- Positive observation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in aerospace component manufacturing is an added advantage.
