- Speak with patients who've booked a home physiotherapy session — confirming details, answering questions, rescheduling when plans change.

- Coordinate with our physiotherapists across the UK: check availability for current bookings, confirm who's attending, make sure the patient has their physiotherapist's details before the visit.

- Handle enquiries over phone, WhatsApp and email, and keep every conversation recorded in our admin system.
