? Job Type: Full-Time | No Bond
? Compensation:
• 1–6 Months: ₹14K/month
• 7–12 Months: ₹18K/month
• 13–18 Months: ₹27K/month
• After Confirmation: ₹33,333/month + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus (performance-based)
Key Responsibilities: Lead generation, personal loan pitching & cross-selling, basic KYC/documentation, customer relationship management and achieving business targets.
