Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities for solar projects, ensuring timely availability of quality materials at competitive costs.

Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of solar modules, inverters, cables, structures, electrical equipment, and project materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Float enquiries, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores, and Finance teams for procurement requirements.
- Develop and maintain solid supplier relationships and vendor database.
- Monitor purchase orders, material quality, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Maintain proper procurement records, MIS, and documentation.
