Experience - 2 to 7 years

Responsibilities

- Team member to handle model development activity.
- Planning and execution of design/development test requirements.
- Root cause analysis and counter-measure development.
- Co-ordination with CAE/design team for result validation and implementation.
- Team management and impart training.

Qualifications

- Experience in vehicle related safety testing like seat belt anchorage, head form, bumper and side impact, pedestrian headform and legform tests.
- Awareness of pedestrian safety test dummies like headform, flex-PLI, A-PLI etc.
- Awareness on passive safety regulations.
- Awareness of NCAP protocols and safety ratings.
- Hands on UG experience.
- Team player, valuable analytical/presentation skills and decision-making skills. Future planning and conceputalization thinking.
- Openness to learning, creative, innovative approach, sharing experience, skillful trainer and disseminate learning in related field to group.
