Field Recruiter - Bangalore | Salad Days

Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field recruitment drives across Bangalore locations.
- Source candidates through walk-ins, local markets, referrals, and job portals.
- Hire for kitchen, delivery, packing, and operational roles.
- Coordinate interviews, document collection, and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily recruitment and joining MIS.
- Coordinate with Operations/HR for manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of open positions and reduce hiring TAT.

Requirements:

- Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore.
- Field recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
