Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, motivation, and productivity within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that promote a culture of recognition, appreciation, and reward for employees' contributions.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee engagement initiatives.
- Design and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement, such as satisfaction ratings, retention rates, etc.

Job Requirements :

- 5-7 years of experience in HR or a related field with expertise in employee engagement, recognition & rewards.
- Robust understanding of best practices in employee communication, stakeholder management, reporting & analytics.
- Proven track record of developing effective strategies for improving employee morale & motivation.
