We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students regarding our online and distance education programs. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with leads, understanding students educational requirements, explaining suitable courses, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students educational backgrounds, career goals, and course requirements.
- Explain available courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fees, and program benefits.
- Provide accurate information about online education, distance learning, and credit transfer programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain consistent communication until admission closure.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead details, follow-up records, and admission data in the CRM.
- Assist students with documentation and the admission process.




- Build positive relationships with students and provide timely responses to their queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Prepare daily activity reports and meet individual performance targets.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and student counselling abilities.
- Valuable lead management, follow-up, and conversion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work with targets and manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Good organizational skills and a student-focused approach.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Any graduate; candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
- Experience in Academic Counselling, Education Counselling, Inside Sales, EdTech, or Admission Counselling is an advantage.
- Knowledge of online education, distance learning, or credit transfer programs will be an added advantage.
