2. Having Experiences from Surgical/Medical Disposable /Pharmaceuticals Segment.
3. Meet sales targets consistently, and define strategy to achieve these targets as per set deadlines.
4. Should be self-starter, motivated, aggressive and competitive and highly professional Team leader.
5. Manage the proposal development of organization.
6. Provide analysis for evaluating new business opportunities.
7. Generate and Maintain the Business Development databases.
8. Support marketing activities, including trade etc.
