About the Company

Suri Motors Vashi is a multi-service car workshop specialising in car restoration, painting, denting, mechanical repairs, detailing, interior work, car accessories and vehicle upgrades. We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Floor Manager to manage daily workshop activities and ensure that work is completed on time with positive quality.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the daily work and activities on the workshop floor.
- Assign jobs to workers and make sure everyone knows their responsibilities.
- Track the progress of every car and ensure work is completed on time.
- Coordinate with denters, painters, electricians, mechanics and interior workers.
- Check the quality of work at different stages and before vehicle delivery.
- Make sure workers follow proper work procedures and maintain discipline.
- Identify delays and solve day-to-day workshop problems.
- Coordinate with supervisors and the service team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Keep track of pending jobs, completed jobs and delivery dates.
- Ensure tools, equipment and the workshop floor are kept clean and organised.




- Make sure customer complaints and job requirements are properly addressed.
- Give regular updates to management about job progress and pending work.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a car workshop, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Good knowledge of car denting, painting, mechanical work, electrical work and interior work.
- Ability to manage workers and get work completed on time.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be responsible, disciplined and organised.
- Ability to handle multiple cars and jobs at the same time.
- Basic knowledge of job cards, work tracking and quality checks is preferred.
