Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront SME with strong hands-on expertise in workflow configuration, campaign operations, forms, approvals, and workflow troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring existing campaign workflows, resolving functional issues, and enhancing automation using Workfront Fusion.

This role requires strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and governed workflow solutions. The position primarily focuses on Workfront workflow management and optimization rather than complex integrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting

- Monitor automated campaign workflows to ensure forms, approvals, routing logic, and workflow stages function correctly.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to submissions, approvals, task assignments, and workflow execution.
- Troubleshoot and fix functional issues within Adobe Workfront to maintain workflow stability and business continuity.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Monitor existing workflows and ensure they adhere to defined operational standards.

1. Workflow Optimization & Evolution – Workfront Fusion

- Enhance and optimize existing campaign workflows using Adobe Workfront Fusion.




- Translate business requirements from campaign managers and stakeholders into workflow logic and automation enhancements.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain small-to-medium Workfront Fusion scenarios.
- Improve workflow efficiency by reducing manual intervention and streamlining repetitive processes.
- Ensure workflow enhancements comply with enterprise governance, naming conventions, and automation best practices.
- Support enhancements to existing integrations and automated processes where required.

1. End-User Support & Enablement

- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Workfront workflow-related queries.
- Provide functional support and guidance to campaign managers and internal business teams.
- Explain workflow behavior, approval processes, routing logic, and system functionality.
- Create and maintain workflow documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct training sessions and support onboarding for teams adopting new or updated workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and enhance user adoption.

1. Governance & Continuous Improvement

- Follow established workflow governance standards and configuration best practices.
- Maintain consistency in workflow design, naming conventions, documentation, and change management.




- Support testing and validation of workflow changes before deployment.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign operations through workflow standardization and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including workflow creation, forms, approvals, routing, and configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Workfront workflows, campaign processes, submissions, and approval mechanisms.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront Fusion, including scenario creation, modification, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to translate business processes and stakeholder requirements into effective Workfront workflow solutions.
- Experience supporting and maintaining existing workflow automation in an enterprise setting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with business users, campaign managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in an EMEA shift and from the Bellandur, Bengaluru office.

Good to Have
- Experience in campaign operations, marketing workflows, or MarTech environments.
- Adobe Workfront or Workfront Fusion certifications.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise workflow environments.
- Exposure to integrations between Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), CRM platforms, or other marketing systems.
- Understanding of workflow governance, naming conventions, change management, and configuration best practices.
