- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to analyze business processes and define technical requirements for data exchange.
- Integration Development: Build and configure data flows using Workday integration tools, including:
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder): For easy inbound and outbound data transfers.
- Core Connectors: For pre-built integration templates tied to specific functional areas.
- Workday Studio: For complex, high-volume, or customized integration solutions.
- Web Services & APIs: Utilizing REST and SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT for data transformation.
- Data Mapping & Transformation: Translate source data structures into Workday-compatible formats while ensuring data security, validation, and field-level accuracy.
