Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations.



The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and the ability to work with business and technical teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations .
- Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PECI/PICOF .
- Work with inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve production issues.
- Perform integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Work with functional teams to understand integration requirements.
- Prepare technical specifications and integration documentation.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and regression testing.
- Ensure integration solutions follow security and data governance standards.

Required Skills
- 5-8 years of Workday Integration experience.
- Strong experience in Workday Studio and EIB .
- Experience with Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF .
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON .
- Experience with third-party system integrations.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM data and business processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
