- Collaborate with the ClientProject team, HR,and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes,and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
- Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen,and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate thefunctionalities into the clients business ecosystem, ensuring the attainmentof the clients expected business result.




- Optimize and maintain the Workday system,ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatorystandards.
- Conduct health checks for clients that arealready live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workdayoptimization.
- In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solutiondesign approaches around them.
- Strong knowledge of working with data exchangeformats like XML, JSON, and data transformation using XSLT.
- Good knowledge of Advanced/ BIRT reports.
- Ability to absorb recent technologies and featuresquickly.
- Good oral, written, and interpersonal skillswith the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability toanalyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer,and problem solver.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize timeeffectively.
