About the Role :

WillWare Technologies is looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant with hands-on expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights). The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and reporting.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning solutions to streamline financial planning processes and improve business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial models, planning sheets, dimensions, and calculated accounts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis processes.
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
- Manage data integration between Workday Adaptive Planning and other financial systems or data sources.
- Collaborate with finance teams, business stakeholders,



and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective planning solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support.
- Optimize existing planning models, workflows, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with testing, validation, documentation, and deployment of planning solutions.
- Support financial reporting and ensure data accuracy and consistency across planning models.

Required Skills :

- 4 years of relevant experience in Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights.
- Hands-on experience with configuration, implementation, or application support.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in financial modelling, planning sheets, dimensions, and calculated accounts.
- Knowledge of reports, dashboards, and data integration.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional planning solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
