Core Job Responsibilities

- Outbound &
- Inbound Calling:

Make cold or warm calls to prospective clients and answer incoming customer queries using structured scripts while personalizing the conversation. [1, 2, 3, 4]

- Lead Generation &

- Sales:

Pitch company products or services, assess customer interest, and schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team. [1, 2]

- Customer Support &

- Resolution:

Answer questions about pricing, policies, or technical issues, and handle basic complaints with a polite and professional tone. [1, 2, 3]

- Database &

- CRM Management:

Log call outcomes, update customer details, and record feedback daily in company software, spreadsheets, or a CRM system. [1, 2]

- Follow-Ups: Reconnect with warm leads, previous inquiries, or existing customers to move them further along the sales or support pipeline. [1, 2]

- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly,



or monthly metrics such as total call volume, conversion rates, or successful sales targets. [1, 2]

- Surveys &

- Feedback Collection:

Conduct remote market research, satisfaction surveys, or data gathering over the phone. [1]
